14k gold filled
Commonly known as gold filled, gold filled is a material consisting of a solid envelope of real gold permanently pressed onto a brass base. Our 14k gold-filled jewelry has 100 times more gold than gold-plated jewelry. This technique allows us to achieve the majestic look of solid 14k gold, without charging you the full price and avoiding the chipping typical of plated gold.
Care
✓ To preserve the shine of your jewels, rub them with a polishing cloth (it’s magic!).
✓ If you’re not wearing them, store them in a dark, dry place, away from the elements.
✗ Avoid corrosive cleaning products (e.g. disinfectant gel, chlorine, bleach).
✗ Never rub your jewelry with a rough or abrasive material.
Let’s be honest …
If you feel like wearing your jewelry non-stop, go for it! But if you ever decide to take them off (even though it’s rare), store them in a dark place so they can rest a bit. When you notice they’re losing a bit of their shine, a quick wipe or a polishing cloth (our preferred method) will do the trick—no stress!
925 silver
Sterling silver, also known as 925 silver, is a precious metal containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper by weight. Its lightness and durability make it a highly prized metal among jewelry lovers. Many of our pieces are rhodium-plated for added brilliance and durability.
Care
It’s a well-known fact that 925 silver jewelry oxidizes from exposure to the elements. However, this tarnishing can easily be reversed by polishing with a polishing cloth.
✓ Wear your jewelry after applying your skincare products (perfume, cream, etc.).
✓ If you’re not wearing them, store them in a dark, dry place, away from the elements.
✓ Clean your tarnished jewelry with a polishing cloth (it’s magic!).
✗ Avoid corrosive cleaning products (e.g. disinfectant gel, chlorine, bleach).
Let’s be honest …
It’s a bit ironic, but the more you wear your silver jewelry, the prettier it stays. The friction with your clothes, hair, and skin naturally polishes them. But here’s a little twist: sebum, acidic skin, or chemicals can also tarnish them… oh la la! Our advice? Wear your silver jewelry however you like. If you take them off, store them away from light. And if they do tarnish, a quick wipe or polishing cloth, and voilà—they shine again!

Freshwater pearls
We use genuine freshwater pearls.
Care
✓ To preserve the mother-of-pearl’s radiance, put on your pearl jewelry after applying your skincare products (perfume, cream, etc.).
✓ If possible, remove your pieces before exposing yourself to water (showering, swimming).
✗ Avoid exposing your pearls to the chemicals in cosmetics and cleaning products.
Let’s be honest…
Real talk here. We wear our pearls all the time, even in water. Over time, they might lose a bit of their shine, but nothing dramatic. After all, it’s a small trade-off for the joy of wearing them constantly, and it’s a price we’re happy to pay!
