1. Insert the tip into the loop to form a ring. 2. Tighten it like a small belt around your finger until you find a comfortable fit (you shouldn’t feel any pressure on your finger, the ring sizer should move slightly at the base of your finger but shouldn’t come off too easily at the knuckle). 3. Once you have found the right fit, note the size indicated by the arrow.
