I wanted to break the mold of classic smooth piercing hoops by hand-twisting the wire to create an intriguing and luminous twist.

These sturdy twisted hoops (sleeper earrings) are simple enough to add to your existing earring set, yet textured enough to stand alone as the statement piece of your outfit.

Inner diameter: 8 mm (small), 10 mm (medium), or 15 mm (large).
Hoop thickness: 20g (0.90 mm), the same as regular earring posts.

Open the hoop. Gently twist the hoop open by moving one end forward and the other end backward, rather than pulling them apart sideways. This helps maintain the shape of the hoop.
Insert the hoop. Slide the open end through your earlobe piercing.
Close the hoop. Once the hoop is through your ear, gently twist it back to its original position to close the gap. Make sure the ends align to secure the earring.
