Returns & Exchanges Policy

You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange, with certain exceptions for specific jewelry pieces. Please contact us to start a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final saleItems on clearance, sale, marked as imperfect, or listed in the “Second Life” and “Last Chance” sections cannot be exchanged or refunded. Jewelry included in a promotion (e.g., sleepers and rings offered in the Black Friday promotion) cannot be exchanged, resized, or refunded.
Custom jewelryThey can be returned for sizing adjustments only (e.g., a ring with a secret message, a necklace with semi-precious stones, a family bracelet with beads, etc.).
Used jewelryIf a returned piece of jewelry shows signs of wear, it will not be refunded.


Wrong size for sleepers or earrings?


No worries! Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange. The exchange is free; you only cover the shipping costs (both ways). Make sure to measure from the piercing hole to your earlobe to correctly determine the best size for your sleepers.


Wrong ring size?


You can return your ring for a sizing adjustment. Please note that rings with a personalized message can be resized but are not refundable. It is not possible to change the secret message to a different one, so it’s important to provide the correct inscription when placing your order. Contact us to start the return. Please note that our 14k gold filled rings cannot be resized at a jewelry store. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return / Exchange Conditions

Damaged or Defective Products: Replacement at our expense (one-year warranty applies).
Missing Products: Replacement or store credit for a future order.
Final Sale: Imperfect jewelry, samples, promotional gifts, and items in the “Second Life” and “Last Chance” sections cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Product Condition: Items must not have been worn or show signs of use. The wire of sleepers must not be bent.
Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (round-trip for exchanges). Our packaging is designed to minimize shipping costs. Please note that due to frequent Canada Post strikes, we cannot estimate shipping prices. Check with the nearest carrier for accurate rates.
Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging and well-protected. Items damaged during shipping will not be exchanged. Other packaging, such as a bubble envelope, may be used as long as the jewelry arrives in good condition.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible if a package does not reach its destination, and exchanges will not be issued.
Discoloration or Tarnish: No refunds will be given for solder discoloration on rings, darkening of 14k gold filled pieces, or tarnishing of silver jewelry, as these are normal occurrences.
Customs: If returning through customs, mark the package as “returned merchandise.” We do not cover customs fees and will not pay for package pickup if customs duties are required.
Inspection: All products are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for hygiene reasons or if the product appears damaged by the customer.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Times During Strikes


To provide fast, secure, and affordable shipping, we primarily work with Canada Post. However, during strikes, we turn to ChitChats or UPS to handle our deliveries. These carriers provide tracking numbers and reliable service. Please note that temporary increases in shipping rates may apply. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
For certain addresses, we exclusively use UPS, as ChitChats does not service remote areas or PO boxes. In these cases, our team may contact you to confirm shipping arrangements. This applies to regions such as Gaspésie, Côte-Nord, and others.

Pease Warranty

All Pease jewelry is covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date you receive your order. If your order was sent via standard mail, the warranty begins 6 business days after shipping for Canadian customers, and 15 business days for orders to the U.S. and internationally.
This warranty covers breakage caused by manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from improper or excessive use, darkening of 925 sterling silver, discoloration of 14k gold filled jewelry, or discoloration at the solder joints of rings. Examples of defects covered by the warranty include a pearl coming loose from a ring.
We also offer a repair service. Simply contact us to start a return process and send your jewelry back to us. We will repair your pieces and return them to you at no additional cost. The only fees you are responsible for are shipping the jewelry to our workshop.
All repaired jewelry comes with an additional 3-month warranty.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return shipping fees for an exchange vary depending on available carriers. Typically, the cost is $5 + taxes (no tracking) when Canada Post is available, and $10 + taxes (with tracking) via ChitChats during strikes.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Read the return policy to ensure that the jewelry is eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Procedure:

  1. Fill out the contact form with your order number and let us know which items you’d like to return or exchange (or contact us directly at info@peasejewelry.com).
  2. You’ll receive an email promptly with instructions and the return address.
  3. Go to your nearest Canada Post counter and send back the items following the provided instructions.

For returns (refunds): once processed, we will refund the products using the same payment method used for your order, excluding the original shipping fees.

For exchanges: once processed, we’ll send you an email with a link to pay for the return shipping (and any adjustment fees if needed), after which your new order will be sent.

EXPEDITION & SHIPPING

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Several factors can affect the timeline, including the carrier (Canada Post, or ChitChats/UPS during strikes), the shipping method, the delivery address, weather, and more. Typically, allow a minimum of 2 business days and a maximum of 15 business days, depending on the shipping option selected.

Customs Fees & Taxes: Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict these fees, as they vary by country. We are not able to cancel or refund these fees, even if the order is returned to us.

Once the package is shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.

If the shipping address you provided is incorrect, several options are available:

Contact us immediately if your order has not yet been shipped. We can update the address.
Check your old address to retrieve the package if it has already been shipped.
Contact the shipping carrier to see if they can redirect your order.

If you are unable to retrieve your package, we’ll be happy to recreate your order at your expense. A refund will be issued once the original package is returned to us in good condition.

We’re excited for you to receive your jewelry, but please note that some delays are beyond our control (weather, high order volume, destination, carrier delays, etc.).

First, make sure the address you provided is correct. If there’s an error, contact us immediately!

If you haven’t received your package 30 days after the expected delivery date (for Canada), we’ll be happy to resend a new package at no extra cost. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

En quelques mots, l’or rempli 14k est un matériau constitué d’une enveloppe solide d’or 14k véritable apposée sous pression de façon permanente sur une base d’alliage métallique. La couche d’or sur les bijoux en or rempli ne s’écaille pas. Par conséquent, la base de métal est difficilement exposée à la peau, ce qui réduit les risques d’allergies. L’or plaqué n’est quant à lui pas reconnu pour cet avantage puisque la couche d’or s’enlève rapidement. Ainsi, une personne tolérant bien l’or massif peut généralement porter un bijou en or rempli sans avoir de réactions allergiques. Ceci dit, les bijoux en or rempli 14k ne conviennent pas aux femmes ayant la peau acide puisque celle-ci altérera la couche d’or et exposera la base de cuivre ce qui occasionnera l’oxydation de la pièce.

L’exposition à certains produits chimiques ou milieux agressifs peut compromettre l’intégrité de vos bijoux. Ceci inclut (mais n’est pas limité à): la transpiration, le gel désinfectant, les peaux acides, les parfums, les agents de nettoyage, le chlore et l’eau salée.

Un chiffon à polir est un merveilleux outil pour faire briller les pièces en argent 925 et en or rempli 14k!

Nettoyage. Verser une petite quantité de savon doux dans de l’eau tiède et utiliser vos doigts pour nettoyer vos bijoux (ne pas tremper plus d’une minute), rincer et bien sécher. Si vous devez frotter, utilisez une brosse à dents très douce et frotter DOUCEMENT. N’utilisez jamais de tissus ou tous autres matériaux à base de papier pour pour nettoyer les pièces, la couche d’or rempli pourrait s’enlever. Pease se dégage de tous incidents, bris ou pertes en lien avec le nettoyage du bijou effectué par un particulier.

Nos bijoux ne sont pas conçus pour les bébés et les tout-petits. Les bijoux Pease n’ont pas été testés pour être sûrs pour les enfants. Les bijoux peuvent poser un sérieux risque d’étouffement ou causer des blessures importantes. Les morceaux peuvent se détacher pendant que ton tout-petit joue ou mâche ceux-ci. Par conséquent, le port des bijoux Pease par des enfants est strictement déconseillé. Seul les adolescents et les adultes peuvent porter les pièces. Nous nous dégageons de toutes responsabilités liées au port des bijoux Pease chez les enfants. S’il-te-plaît, assure-toi que tous tes bijoux sont hors de vue, ainsi que hors de portée des enfants.

Écarte délicatement les deux extrémités l’une de l’autres à l’aide de tes doigts. Insère l’embout dans ton trou d’oreille, puis fais délicatement tourner les deux extrémités l’une vers l’autre jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient alignées. N’ouvre pas trop l’anneau, car tu pourrais avoir du mal à le resserrer.
